Our leadership team has grown alongside Little Lion, and all have began their journey working directly with children and families before progressing into centre leadership and Head Office roles.
Miss Heather
Operation
Miss Heather joined Little Lion in 2019, starting as an educator at our Waterloo centre. Since then, she has successfully led several Little Lion centres before discovering her passion for operations and compliance. Today, she supports our centres as Little Lion’s Operations Manager.
Mrs. Vicky
Business Development
Mrs. Vicky joined Little Lion in 2022, working closely with children and families before becoming Centre Manager at Burwood. Her strong leadership and communication skills led her to Head Office, where she now supports the growth and development of Little Lion.
Miss Kate
People & Culture
Miss Kate joined Little Lion in 2026, bringing three years of experience in Human Resources along with a qualification in Early Childhood Education.
Mrs. Grace
Operations Support
Mrs. Grace joined Little Lion in 2022 and has successfully led our Parramatta centre as Centre Manager. With her strong leadership and operational experience, she now also supports a number of Little Lion centres, working alongside Centre Managers to provide guidance, mentoring and hands-on support when needed.
Mrs. Shristi
Compliance
Mrs. Shristi joined Little Lion in 2022 with a strong passion for quality educational programs. After demonstrating exceptional initiative as an Educational Leader, she progressed to Head Office, where she now supports our centres with educational practice, quality and compliance.
Miss Iven
Marketing & Media
Iven’s passion for building relationships with children, families and educators naturally grew into sharing the Little Lion story with the wider community. As Marketing Officer, she builds Little Lion’s online presence and helps more families discover what makes our centres special.
