At Little Lion Artarmon, we believe the environment is a powerful teacher. Our thoughtfully designed rooms are calm, engaging, and rich in opportunity — each space carefully arranged to support learning through play, discovery, and creativity. With small group settings and inviting learning zones, children feel safe to explore, express themselves, and build strong, trusting relationships. Storytelling is a treasured part of our program. Whether it’s through books, puppet play, dramatic expression, or group conversations, stories help children make sense of the world, develop language, and connect with others. At Little Lion, we bring stories to life — and every child is encouraged to share their own.

Megan - Centre Manager Assistant

Hi, I have been working as an educator in the childcare industry for 15 years. I have completed a uni-degree in Aboriginal Education, and a certificate in Cultural Competence. I love working with children though it can be hard like any job, I find it the most rewarding experience of my life. Not only do you give but get back so much in return. My philosophy is definitely inclusion and making every child in my care feel a sense of belonging and accepted for just who they are.I have done a lot of travelling in my time and also embrace & celebrate different cultures & beliefs. I find myself lucky to work with young children who are new to exploring this world, finding their innocence & wonderment of their environments captivating.

We have recently started sending our little girl to Little Lion Artarmon, in the babies room. We could not be happier with the centre and all that it offers. The facilities are great including an extensive outdoor undercover play area and loads of parking spaces for drop off and pick up. What really differentiates this centre is the staff. They have all been very warm, friendly and welcoming and you can tell that they have a genuine care and interest in the kids. In particular a special call out to Centre Manager Zara and Room Leader Seema in the babies room. These amazing ladies are such an asset to this business and I hope that the Directors/owners recognise this. Their hard working nature, genuine care for the children, support and dedication is second to none. Highly recommend, 5 stars from me.
