September was a month full of fun and learning across all Little Lion centres! Through a range of meaningful events, our children learned through play while families stayed actively involved in their learning and development
- 🦷 Little Lion CBD – Dental Check-up Incursion
Healthy smiles are happy smiles! Our children welcomed dental health professionals who provided gentle check-ups and shared fun tips about caring for teeth. It was a great way to help children build confidence with oral hygiene in a friendly and supportive environment.
- 🚒 Little Lion Burwood – Firefighter Visit
The Burwood children were thrilled to meet real-life heroes! Local firefighters visited to talk about fire safety, show their equipment, and even let children explore the fire truck. This hands-on experience not only sparked excitement but also helped children understand the importance of safety in their everyday lives.
- 🎉 Little Lion Kogarah – Open Day Event
Our Kogarah centre opened its doors to families for a day full of fun, exploration, and connection. Parents and children explored our learning environments, met our passionate educators, and joined in engaging activities. It was wonderful to showcase our warm, welcoming community and the high-quality care we provide.
LOOKING INTO OCTOBER...
In October, there are more fun and meaningful activities awaiting.
- Diwali is just around the corner! The centres will be celebrating this traditional holiday with children and families.
- International Grandparents’ Day is coming, and some meaningful and interactive events are planned for our grandparents as a way to appreciate their love and support.
- Trick or Treat, it’s Halloween! This is what the children have been dreaming for! Children will dress up and go trick-or-treating together!
