Heather - Operation
I have been working with children for over 10 years and hold a Bachelor of Pedagogy and a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. As one of the founding educators at Little Lion, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside the centre since its very beginning. Over the years, I’ve built strong, lasting relationships with children, families, and educators, and I continue to be passionate about creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. I also hold a Master of Commerce, which allows me to contribute to Little Lion's operations and marketing strategies. At Little Lion, we are committed to building a “home away from home” — a place where children feel safe, loved, and supported, and where educators feel empowered, respected, and valued. Together, we are creating a community that puts children and educators at the heart of everything we do.
Vicky - Business Development
I have been in the early childhood education industry for over 10 years and began my journey with Little Lion as the Centre Manager at our Burwood location. Over the years, I’ve grown with the organisation and now lead Little Lion’s business development. I believe that strong business growth plays a vital role in creating safer, more nurturing, and welcoming learning environments for all children. By expanding our reach and strengthening our foundation, we can continue to provide high-quality care and meaningful experiences for every child and family who joins the Little Lion community.
Mandy - People & Culture
I am an experienced educator and centre manager with a strong passion for early childhood education for over 10 years. I began my journey with Little Lion as the Centre Manager at our Macquarie Park location, where I quickly recognised the value that a diverse team of educators and cultures brings to a learning environment. This diversity not only strengthens our team but also enriches the learning and development of every child in our care. Currently, I am responsible for People and Culture across all Little Lion centres, where I support teams in building and maintaining high-quality teaching and learning environments. We believe that educators are the heart of our centres, and we are committed to supporting their professional growth, well-being, and career development. At Little Lion, we invest in our people because we know that when educators thrive, children flourish.
Shristi - Compliance
I am originally from Nepal and hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been working in the early childhood sector for three years and currently lead my centre in the areas of educational programs and curriculum. I am passionate about creating learning environments that are inclusive, welcoming, and reflective of Aboriginal perspectives and diverse cultures.
Iven - Marketing & Media
I have recently joined Little Lion as Marketing Support, bringing with me a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education, alongside a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing. This unique combination allows me to contribute to Little Lion’s growing marketing needs and long-term development strategies. At Little Lion, I am passionate about ensuring that every voice—children, educators, and parents alike—is heard. Through social media and accessible communication, I aim to share our philosophies and create an informative and engaging media presence for families.
