A dedicated and passionate early childhood professional with over 10 years of experience in early learning and more than 20 years in customer service and leadership roles. I excel in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with National Quality standards. I bring strong leadership and interpersonal skills to create a positive organisational culture in early learning settings.
