Vicky - Centre Manager
I am a dedicated professional with over 5 years of experience working closely with children, driven by a profound passion for early childhood development. I firmly believe in providing every child with the best possible start in life.
I deeply value the unique voice of each child and take joy in creating enriching experiences that support their growth. For me, it's the meaningful moments shared with children that truly resonate. I find great fulfillment in scaffolding their learning journeys, fostering engagement, and cultivating resourcefulness through interactive and stimulating activities. My commitment lies in creating a nurturing environment where children feel empowered to explore, learn, and thrive.
Milly - Acting Manager
I'm Milly, and I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with over five years of experience. Since joining Little Lion Early Learning Burwood in 2023, I have been passionate about creating a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and confident to explore. I believe each child is unique, with their own strengths, interests, and needs, and I use play-based learning to support their holistic development across all areas, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive.
I value and celebrate cultural diversity, embedding inclusive practices that reflect and respect each child’s background. Building strong partnerships with families is also central to my philosophy, as I believe collaboration creates the best outcomes for children. My goal as an educator is to guide and inspire children to grow with curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning.
Ingrid - Educational Leader
I am qualified Early Childhood Teacher. I believe Early childhood education shapes children's lifelong learning by extending their experiences beyond home, fostering motivation and engagement. As an educator, I build my teaching around play-based emergent curriculum, nurturing independence, and confidence. Establishing strong relationships with families and respecting their cultural backgrounds enables me to support children's holistic development in literacy, curiosity, and communication. Witnessing children's curiosity and resilience firsthand inspires me to create tailored learning experiences, contributing to their growth and fulfilment.
